Exercise Instructions:

The following are copies of exercise instructions given to patients in the office, in PDF format. They are provided mainly for patients of Raymond Chiropractic who have misplaced their exercise sheet.

For our patients:

Most of these exercises are safe for most people. However there are some that may be inappropriate for certain individuals or conditions. If you would like to try any of these exercises that have not been explicitly given to you, and have any question whatsoever about appropriateness or technique, you should check with Dr. Raymond first.

For non-patients:

Most of these exercises are safe for most people. However there are some that may be inappropriate for certain individuals or conditions. You should check with your own health care provider as to whether a given exercise is appropriate for you. We can in no way assume responsibility for any injury incurred while attempting any of these exercises.
